DELIVERY

All items in stock are shipped within 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 2-4 weeks. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING

Orders are sent via USPS and include a tracking number. I do not ship to PO boxes. 

USPS Priority Mail - $8.50       (3-5 days)

USPS Priority Mail Express- $26.00    (2 days)

You may request insurance for an additional fee. Please contact me for costs.

PACKAGING

All jewelry comes in a beautiful gift box, made with recycled paper and with an information card enclosed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I currently do not offer international orders online. Please contact me directly if you would like to place an international order.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

My sincere hope is that you will love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, I offer an exchange or studio credit within 10 days of receipt. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded and customers are responsible for the delivery costs of exchanged items. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Please contact me before returning an item.

REPAIRS

I take pride in the quality of my work and am happy to offer free repairs within a year of purchase. If you would like a piece reoxidized, this can be arranged for a small fee.
